Shipping container

Shipping containers are perfectly enclosed structures that are an integral part of sea and road transportation. They are widely used as warehouses and for transporting a variety of cargo such as cartons, boxes or pallets. These containers provide not only protection from damage but also effective protection from adverse weather conditions. The most common container sizes are: 10’, 20’, 40’ and 45’.

The construction of shipping containers is based on solid steel bases, corner posts and longitudinal and transverse beams. The walls and roofs are joined to the frame, and the doors are secured with bolts and rubber seals. The interior of the container is equipped with corner posts, which are used for loading, securing cargo and preventing uncontrolled movement, ensuring the safety of goods. The container's solid floor can withstand heavy loads.

Shipping containers are a reliable solution for the transportation and storage of a variety of cargo, providing both protection and convenience in handling.

Types of shipping containers

Standard containers

Standard containers are a popular solution for shipping, road transport and forwarding, offering versatile storage and transportation options. They are offered in standard sizes, usually in lengths of 6 and 12 meters (20 and 40 feet, respectively). These containers are characterized by versatile dimensions, which allow easy consolidation of cargo and achieve optimal payload capacity. The choice of standard containers is often a favorable solution to optimize transportation costs. The ability to consolidate cargo allows you to achieve maximum efficiency and reduce the costs associated with transportation.

High Cube elevated containers

The High Cube containers are a unique solution for the transportation and storage of goods, offering additional height compared to standard containers. The 30 cm elevation in height makes High Cube containers ideal for easier loading and maneuvering of goods inside. They are particularly useful for transporting taller goods that require more space.

There are also extended versions - Pallet Wide, available in 40' and 45' lengths. These are some of the roomiest containers available on the market and provide extra width, allowing pallets of goods to be stacked more easily.

Insulated containers

Insulated containers are specially designed to provide optimal conditions for storing and transporting goods. Equipped with thermal insulation, the walls, gates and ceiling of the containers are covered with a layer of mineral wool about 10 cm thick. In addition, they are finished with high-quality MFP panels, which provide additional protection from the weather. In addition, it is possible to retrofit the containers with a variety of installations, including electrical, plumbing and other installations that are necessary to meet individual customer needs and requirements.

Open Top containers

Open Top containers are distinguished by a distinctive feature - an open roof, which allows flexibility and ease of loading and transportation of larger goods. The cargo is secured by a tarpaulin with a rope with a customs seal, providing protection and safety during transport. The benefit of using Open Top containers is the ability to transport goods that exceed the standard height of the container. Thanks to the partially open design, handling cargo becomes easier and more convenient.

Bulk containers

Bulk containers belong to the category of special containers that are designed specifically for the transportation and storage of bulk goods such as malt, coffee or oats. They are distinguished by special functionalities that allow convenient loading and unloading of this type of cargo.

Bulk container loading is carried out with the help of special filling hoppers, which are located on top of the container. Thanks to them, it is possible to safely and efficiently backfill bulk goods into the interior of the container. Unloading, on the other hand, is carried out through traditional gates, which allow convenient removal of goods from the container.

In a situation where the goods do not fill the entire Bulk container, it is possible to use the handles mounted inside, which allow additional protection of the cargo, preventing it from moving.

Flat Rack containers

The Flat Rack containers are a special solution designed for the cargo of heavy weight and unusual size. Unlike traditional containers, the Flat Rack containers do not have two walls or a roof. Their construction is designed to allow safe transportation and storage of extremely heavy and oversized cargo.

A distinctive feature of the Flat Rack containers are the firmly set front walls and reinforced floors. This ensures exceptional structural durability and strength. In addition, the Flat Rack containers have special attachment points to secure and pile up the transported goods.

Full Side Access containers

The Full Side Access containers are a unique solution, which is distinguished by additional doors on the side walls. In addition to the standard door located on one of the shorter sides, these containers also have doors that open along the entire length of the side walls. This design greatly simplifies the loading process, and equally importantly, if you need to unload the goods deep inside, there is no need to unload the remaining contents first.

Off-Shore containers

The Off-Shore containers are specially designed and reinforced containers for storing and transporting materials used in industries such as oil and gas. They are ideal for offshore needs, that is, on offshore platforms and in extreme conditions.

The design of Off-Shore containers has been specially adapted to the requirements of these industries. They have reinforced walls, floors and roofs that provide extraordinary strength and protection. In addition, these containers are equipped with special hooks that allow them to be attached to oil rigs.

Double Door containers

The Double Door containers are an innovative solution based on standard containers that feature exceptional mobility and functionality. Their construction is designed to allow easy and efficient loading of goods.

The Double Door containers have two doors - one at the front and one at the back. As a result, goods can be loaded and unloaded from both sides of the container at the same time, greatly speeding up the logistics process. This two-sided functionality makes Double Door containers particularly useful in situations where goods need to be loaded or unloaded simultaneously from two sides.
